Store Policies

  1. All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
  2. We only ship within Australia.
  3. All orders must be paid for at the time of ordering,  we accept VISA, Mastercard and Paypal.
  4. We do our very best to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them, if there are special circumstances where you would like an order faster please ring us and we will do what we can to accommodate your request.
  5. Orders that need to be shipped by over night delivery may incur additional shipping costs which will be passed on to the buyer.
  6. All orders unless otherwise requested are sent by Australia Post
  7. We will happily send orders directly to the hospital where your baby is if that is more convenient, just make sure that you have checked with the hospital exactly how the parcel is to be addressed.
  8. Any damage done to shipments by Australia Post are not our responsibility and should be taken up with Australia Post.
  9. We have a no refund policy but we will exchange goods if they are faulty or you have purchased the incorrect size. As long as:
  •  they have not been worn and/or washed and are in their original condition and with tags attached
  • You have either rung or emailed us to receive a return authorisation number. If you email us please put returns in the subject field and email us at info@nashibaby.com.au
  • You accept responsibility for postage costs unless the item was faulty
  • All returns must be within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  1. We do our best to have all items available at all times but due to the fact that all our items are imported we may from time to time be out of some stock.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If we are out of an item you are welcome to ring or email us to find out when the item will be available.
